This past Saturday, we saw Esthero for the second time at the Hotel Cafe in Hollywood. The Hotel Cafe is a small venue and most times artists hang around at the bar listening to other performances through out the night. With that said, I knew we'd eventually run into Esthero off stage. But that didn't stop me from being giddy and star struck. Marlaina has a pretty cheesy grin as well. :D Esthero was sick so she was only able to briefly get on stage and sing a couple songs. She still sounded amazing though. :)

Niner, Kris and I spent a fine Presidents' Day at the LA Arboretum today. I have been wanting to go back there for awhile now. The last time I was there was with family more than 10 years ago and the only thing I remembered were the peacocks. Well today I was reminded why... This has got to be the most beautiful creature on earth.  We were only able to walk around for a bit before we got hungry but we enjoyed the interesting trees, flowers, lots of geese and beautiful views. <3 nature.
