Emma and Marco's Wedding

My cousin Emma and I have grown up together and have always been close. We travel together, we have celebrated our birthdays together, and our friends have become friends. We have gotten even closer through the years and seeing her find someone who's made her so happy makes me happy. Emma and Marco's wedding was perfect. My cousin was the most chill bride; it was so much fun to be one of her bridesmaids. Marlaina and I had a great time and I could tell all her guests did too.

We all got ready with Emma at her hotel room at the Marriott in Burbank.

And we escorted her to the church in her limo.

The ceremony was pretty and everyone looked great, especially the bride and groom. Emma and Marco looked so happy.

The ceremony was at Elegante Banquet Hall in North Hollywood.

So happy that my cousin found someone who knows her so well and loves her unconditionally. It was a fun night celebrating the start of a new chapter in their lives. <3

Spring Training

My little family went on vacation this past weekend. Nacho visited his friends at Petsmart and Niner and I went to our third Spring Training in Phoenix. Our first game on Saturday was against the Indians at Goodyear Ballpark. There was a lot of action near the end when the Indians caught up and tied the game. There was a Mister Softee soft serve truck and Niner tried a Guinness Blondie at the beer cart. That is a nice ballpark and we had a cute time. I even got Ethier's autograph on our Cactus League ball. We had time for a nice hike and dinner after the game. Niner introduced me to Native American fry bread which was delicious. Sunday we started off with a nice brunch at Province downtown. The game was at the Dodgers' (and white Sox) Camelback Ranch. It was a hot, sunny day, but fun nevertheless. Memorial Day

Sometimes when you have too many options, it becomes difficult to make decisions (at least that's how it works with me). We chose this place because of the amount of reviews on Yelp.. and it was only A-OK. However, that may be our fault for ordering the "plainer" option. The grand size of "Taquise" seemed like the perfect choice for us. It was topped with tomatoes, guacamole, and sour cream. We probably should have ordered something with lots of meat and gravy, something packed with flavor. But then, I can also argue that anything with guacamole should be amazing.
